Canonical pathways significantly modulated by rosemary polyphenols. SW480 (a) and HT29 (b) colon cancer cells treated for 24 and 72 h, respectively, with rom4 extract. Fisher’s exact test was used to calculate a p value determining the probability that the association between the genes in the data set and the canonical pathway is explained by chance. Stacked histogram displays  % of up- and down-regulated genes in a given pathway. Light (green) bars represent the fraction of down-regulated genes. Dark (red) bars represent the fraction of up-regulated genes. Values at the right side indicate the number of genes involved in a particular pathway (color figure online)
