Effects of RSV treatment on high-glucose-induced KDR expressions. After the treatment with different doses of RSV for 72 h, respectively, the cells were detached and lysed for total RNA and protein extraction. Comparative Ct method with GADPH as reference was adopted to analyze the mRNA level of KDR (Fig. 4a, N = 6). The protein expression was expressed as arbitrary units using beta–actin as reference, with the value of the control group set to 1 (Fig. 3b, N = 3).
