Gene expressions in skeletal muscle of rats from Control and Quercetin-treated groups (n = 9 per group). Results are expressed as fold changes of threshold cycle (Ct) value relative to controls. Values are means ± positive and negative errors. Differences between groups were determined by Student’s t test. Statistical significance was set at the P < 0.05 level. No significant difference was found between both experimental groups.
