The genes network for genes expressed above detection only in one of the groups merged in one network. Analysis performed in Cytoscape-ClueGo. The data sets of genes expressed only in one of groups were combined together in one analysis to create one figure. The selection criteria for this network were to have at least two genes per node with a minimum of 4 % of the associated genes from all loaded genes in one node.
