- The elasticity parameter indicates skin extensibility. Skin parameters were assessed using the Corneometer CM580. The RG group had more than 4 servings/day of plant protein (the control group had 3 or fewer servings). The FFQ categories are described in the “Methods” section. All values are presented as the mean ± SD. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA. A p value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01
