trans-Resveratrol induces ROS production and lipid peroxidation. a MCF-7 cells were incubated with 50 μM DHCF-DA at 37°C for 30 min and then treated with 50 μg/ml trans-resveratrol up to 6 h. At the indicated time points, cells were washed with PBS and ROS production was analysed by FACScalibur instrument.
