Visualization of the quantity of genes differentially regulated by γ-tocotrienol (GT3) and α-tocopherol (aTOC) using the KEGG cell cycle pathway. α-tocopherol (aTOC) (5 μM) only affects the gene expression of 1 gene, APC/C. γ-tocotrienol (GT3) (5 μM) induces changes in gene expression of APC/C and various other genes. Dark gray: genes regulated by both aTOC and GT3. Light gray: genes only regulated by GT3. Genes were considered differentially regulated at P < 0.001
