Effect of CSE or CAPE on MMP-13 promoter activity. T/C28a2 chondrocytes, cotransfected with a MMP-13 luciferase reporter construct and p50 and p65 expression vectors, were treated with CAPE (gray bars) or CSE (black bars) in a dose-dependent manner.
