Flow cytometric analysis of Hoechst 33342 uptake in CEM-CCRF and R100 cells that had been pretreated with hydroxytyrosol (24 h). Cells were then analysed for Hoechst fluorescence using a fluorescence-activated cell sorter. The ratio of Hoechst fluorescence in the two cell lines was calculated.
