Adipogenic gene expression. Quantification of expression of the pparγ2 and lpl adipogenic genes in MSC induced to differentiate into osteoblasts in osteogenic medium alone (OM), or supplemented with either 20 μM of arachidonic acid (AA), 20 μM of AA plus 20 μM of DHA (AA + DHA) or 20 μM of AA plus 20 μM of EPA (AA + EPA) at days 7 and 21 of osteogenic differentiation. The values are relative to the OM control (value of 1). *p < 0.05 in relation to OM; #p < 0.05 versus to AA
